800 Storage is a fast-growing premium self-storage company operating 9 facilities across Dubai. We serve both individuals and businesses, combining physical storage space with technology-driven operations, AI-powered sales automation, and a customer-first approach to space management.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can take full ownership of our brand and ensure it is consistently represented across all touchpoints.
The Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Brand Manager to lead and manage our brand identity across all channels.
This role goes beyond marketing — you will be responsible for how our brand is positioned, perceived, and experienced by customers. You will ensure consistency, clarity, and a premium feel across every interaction, while continuously evolving the brand as the company grows.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and define the overall brand strategy and positioning
- Ensure the brand reflects a premium, modern, and customer-first image
- Align brand direction with business goals and growth plans
- Monitor market trends and competitors to refine positioning
Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging)
- Ensure consistency across all departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations)
- Act as the brand gatekeeper across all outputs and communications
Marketing & Campaign Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure all campaigns align with brand strategy
- Oversee messaging, storytelling, and creative direction
- Ensure campaigns are both performance-driven and brand-consistent
Digital & Customer Experience
- Oversee brand presence across website, landing pages, and digital platforms
- Ensure a consistent and premium user experience across all touchpoints
- Continuously improve how the brand is experienced online and offline
Content & Communication
- Define brand voice and messaging across all channels
- Review and approve content (ads, social media, emails, presentations)
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone
Internal Brand Alignment
- Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all materials
- Standardize client-facing documents, presentations, and communication templates
- Educate teams on brand guidelines and best practices
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Management
- Guide designers and creatives to ensure brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
- Experience working with marketing teams and campaigns
- Ability to think both strategically and operationally
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, storage, or service-based industries
- Understanding of performance marketing and digital funnels
- Experience working in fast-growing or startup environments
- Basic understanding of design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite)
